Payment Methods

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!  

We accept all major credit cards via paypal, cheques and postal orders.

Our current main payment method is PayPal. With PayPal you can pay in just a few clicks using your debit card, credit card or bank account, safely without sharing your financial details. 

If you wish, you may alternatively send us a cheque or Postal Order, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Delivery Information

Delivery is via Parcel force and is calculated based on the total weight of the order with a small amount added for packaging. 
   
It is easy to see the current delivery price for your order by selecting the View Basket option.  If when we process your order we find that the postage price has been over-estimated we will refund the difference.
 
If you live within 10 miles of Ascot please select the "Free local Delivery" option and we will deliver your games.
   
We aim to despatch all orders which are in stock on the day we receive the order. If games are out of stock we aim to dispatch within 1 - 3 working days. 
   
If we are unable to source a product within these timescales we will contact you to discuss options (eg. changing your order or waiting for the item to become available).


Return / Refund Policy
  •  Damaged or faulty items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. You will be asked to return it and we will send a replacement where possible. Where a replacement is not available, a 100% refund will be provided. Any returns postage will also be reimbursed.

  • Wrong item received

If we send you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Return the item unopened within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the returns postage and send the correct item, if available.

  • Unwanted items

Should you change your mind, simply contact us and return the item unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt to obtain full refund to the value of the item or an exchange.


Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. If there is an unexpected change in price we will contact you to check if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.


Recommended Ages & Game Times

   
Recommended ages and estimated times for games should be taken as guidelines only, we are all different  ("I'm not").
  
The ages and game times will not always match those printed on the box.  In some cases we may have adjusted these details in the light of our (and our childrens') experience of the game.

 
Availability of Goods

If we are unable to source a product that you have ordered we will contact you to discuss options (eg. changing your order or waiting for the item to become available).

If there are any games you would like to purchase which are not listed on our website please contact us and we will try to obtain them for you.
